The Village of Ryley and Highway 14 Water Com-mission will be replacing water and sewer infrastructure along 51 avenue at approximately 51 street in Ryley.

During this time, portions of 51 avenue and 51 street will be closed to provide access for work crews and material.

Motorists are asked to use alternate routes or available detours, beginning approximately May 30, 2018. The work may last for up to two weeks.

Pedestrians are asked not to enter the construction area for safety reasons during the scheduled work period.

Ryley Large Item Pickup: Thursday, October 5th
This annual Program is provided at no-charge to municipal residents.
~Please place large items directly on the FRONT street by the curb, the evening before scheduled pick up date.
~Please DO NOT place items on the grass or lawn. When placed on the street it is easier for Beaver Municipal Solutions staff to clean up any broken materials.
~Please place all items at least 3 feet (1 metre) from parked vehicles.
~Fridges, freezers and water coolers are acceptable, however there is a $25 charge for Freon removal. Freon stickers can be purchased at the municipal office or Beaver Municipal Solutions Administration office located at the landfill.

Acceptable Items
Mattresses
Sofas
Recliners
White goods (stove, washing machine, etc.) and appliances
Tires
Propane Tanks

Unacceptable Items
Grass clippings, trees, tree branches
Large chunks of cement/concrete
Bags of household garbage
Small items that would fit in the neighbourhood waste bin
Electronic waste

These unacceptable items, except chunks of concrete, can be taken to the Ryley landfill site.
