The Village of Ryley is proud to announce the upcoming 56th Avenue infrastructure project. This project includes the following: replacement of water and sanitary mains along 56 Avenue from 50 Street to 49 Street, replacement of water and sanitary mains along 49 Street from 56 Avenue to 57 Avenue and Installation of a new water main along 49 Street from 56 Avenue to 55 Avenue. This project includes replacement of water and sewer service lines and the reconstruction of the road subsurface construction. Paving will occur in 2027 to allow the roads to be packed down well.
Construction begins on May 25, 2026 and will conclude approximately on August 10, 2026. Properties that are impacted by the construction and require alternative parking arrangements are encouraged to use the Seventh Day Adventist Church parking lot, located at 5423-49 Street.
Water, sewer and garbage collection services will be impacted during construction. Residents directly impacted will receive notice from the Village and Kaon as details become available. Important contact information is listed below.
