Mushroom crepes topped with mushroom dill cream sauce, Spinach salad topped with mandarin oranges, red onions, toasted almonds, and raspberry vinaigrette, roasted red pepper & tomato soup, Orange Ginger Dijon Glazed Pork Loin accompanied by oven roasted baby potatoes, brussel sprouts in butter sauce, and a crunchy apple slaw, Delicious saskatoon trifle in a large martini glass.
