Effectively Reduce and Manage Stress in Your Life Free educational workshop for anyone who feels stress and would like to learn how to reduce or prevent it.
Participants will learn about:
• What stress is.
• What causes stress and how it can affect your life.
• Mindful eating.

Oct. 19 and 26 Time: 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
